TwoTwo to Suzuki?

So now that Rockstar has gone to KTM does this open the door for TwoTwo to go to Suzuki? After all they do have a ex-Team Suzuki mechanic there....not that this means a hell of a lot, but its interesting. Their only problem might be sourcing factory bikes...unless...they team up with RCH?

The Rockstar team owner said Suzuki wasn't even giving them parts, so why should they support #22.

Seems more plausible than the earlier Reed to KTM rumors.

I just hope that if he wants to continue to race that he gets something done early enough so that we don't have to hear about him being behind the eight ball on set up for another year.

Millsaps will hopefully have plenty of time to get things sorted out to his liking on the KTM.



Edit: Just saw the post above about Rockstar not getting any Suzuki parts. I can't imagine that being a good thing for Reed's decision unless he can get a better deal with them or he really thinks that being on the yellow bike will get him back to the top.

I could see Reed going to RCH. They share plenty of the same sponsors and Reed loved the Suzuki.

True, he is unlikely to go to any manufacturer that will not give him a factory bike for free, but upon reflection of my post above, I still think he will be going blue, Yamaha will want top dogs on their new bikes.

I heard from a close source it was Husqvarna's. Got the hot tip on performance and reliability from his cousin.Wink

If Reed went to Yamaha, they'd probably give him a few stock bikes and a grocery cart full of off the shelf parts. Seems to be how they do things these days.
