Anyone have a 13 vs 14 250sxf comparison?

Im looking at upgrading from my 12 250sxf soon and was looking at getting another 250.I just want to know if its worth getting a 14 over the cheaper 13s. As far as i know its essentially the same with a 5 speed box instead of 6. I was nearly going to get a 350 but i personally like the way i can can corner a 250 better. Im a big fan of ktm Since owning one.

Aside from the gearbox, I think they are almost identical. I'd find a good deal on a leftover 13 and get it If I were in your position. the 13 engine blows the doors off the 12.

What he said. i never rode a 12, but the 13 i rode blew the doors off the 11.

The motor is faster than my 12 but not that much.I installed an intake cam from an 06 and added the sxs map and It made huge gains. Probably the biggest I've ever felt from a mod and cheapest.

Have you ridden the 350?? Give it a try, we ride them mostly hare scrambles but the power is perfect !!!

Was it hard to fit the new style fender on that 250 on the left? Looks great. I never liked the older fenders.

In the XC bikes the 350 is about 4 pounds heavier than the 250.

thank you....no it wasn't hard to fit the new style fender at all, the nihilo kit bolted right up. We ran Kawi's in the past and all our bikes come from Kawasaki Sportscenter in Little Rock, Ar. Thank you Brad Warren @ Full Circle Racing .
