Should only sell em in 128 oz size so the people that drink them would die sooner.

Fellas, they are banning one INGREDIENT.

That means that the scientists will take that ingredient, re-formulate it with a different chemical structure, give it a new name, so the FDA "ban" will no longer apply to it.

Then, 5-6 years alter, the FDA will ban that new chemical structure, at which point the scientists will again re-formulate it.

anyone who uses bodybilding supplements is real familiar with this. that's how prohormones continue to be sold.... everytime they ban one, they just change the name and the chemical make-up, and put it back on the shelf. mastadrol becomes superdrol, becomes beastdrol, becomes something without "drol" in it... not sure what they call it now.

As long as it's making some people sick and other people money I guess they'll leave that one alone though Angry

I really couldn't have done it without my Dasani Pro-Circuit Kawasaki.

Thanks Erin, my Evian Honda was running great.

They can ban energy drinks on one condition......they have to legalize heroin. I'm tired of having to drive to the hood a few times a week. Plus, "Factory Black Tar Kawasaki" sounds pretty cool.......or "China White Suzuki".........

They have already banned DMAA here in Australia. They just use different ingredients now and it still tastes pretty much the same. But you don't get the same buzz.

You can make fun of it as long as you want. It's sad about the stories of kids dying, and there may be other causes in each case, but if energy drinks are a factor, it needs to be addressed. It makes headlines, involves kids, and politicians. And in time, it's going to happen. Removal of the ingredient may the the first thing, but requiring a person to be at least 18, or 21 will follow, and that most likely would be a good thing. These drinks aren't good for anyone.

Proper parenting would have a better affect than legislation. My kids both know that energy drinks aren't for them and they're OK with it. They (and I) would rather get a good night's sleep than have to rely on chemicals to stay awake all day.

Whatever happened to personal responsibility? If something isn't that good for you don't put that shit in your mouth.
