So Ziggy from Factory connection is cooperating with Federal Marshall's in trying to get some riders from Kawasaki in trouble for using PED's? How is the no one else talking about this? It seems to me that the implications of having federal Marshall's coming into the sport and indicting people for using PED's would turn the pro moto scene upside down. Kenny Watson, Dave Osterman, and even Villopoto seem like they all heard the same story so there must be some kind of truth to it right? And if so what does it mean for the future?
Why would the Federal Marshals be involved ? Do you know what the Marshals do ? They are part of the DOJ and protect the federal courts and federal judges and go after federal fugitives and in some cases help local law enforcement serve warrants and do crime sweeps and special projects. Why would they investigate PEDs in sports , that is more a FBI or DEA area. Who is your source on this ?

From what I understood they might change the laws and doping would become federal offense, where right now you just get banned from sport or get suspension and that`s it.

I disagree, they are risking their lives and working their ass off to be in shape, peds or not.

I say hand out peds when they get their ama license, I want to see some racing!

The DEA and FBI are federal agencies. And yes there are restrictions against using prescription drugs improperly. Not all PED's are controlled substances, however (e.g., the athletes who get sanctioned having used OTC cold remedies).

No, they choose couple of riders and those riders have to file in their daily schedule of where they are all day every day of the month. Inspectors can visit you anywhere anytime from 6.00AM-11.00PM and ask you to piss in a jar. If you`re not where you said you`ll be, you`re fucked. They did this to both Reed and Villopoto at the same time.

That not what the Federal Marshals do even if it is a federal offense. The Marshals are not an investigative branch. So what if its a federal offence it has nothing to do with the Marshals service.

State & local officials would have jurisdiction as would FBI and DEA.

They did win before him, but was it in as big of a way as now? Ricky retired, but how has James been since? Just my thoughts, I know knowing about supplements. Would never think of trying that crap, no matter what te advantage was.

I was just going off what they were saying on the show. Maybe he's working working with one of the other branch's trying to get enough evidence for federal indictments? Maybe that's what they meant? I dunno but it sounds like everyone on the show heard the same thing. Dave Osterman sounded like he talked to Ziggy personally and knew quite a bit about what's going on.

JS won 28 125 mx races and 6 450 mx races without Aldon. He won 12 450 mx races with Aldon. RV won 19 250f mx races and 1 450 race without Aldon. He has won 8 450 mx races with Aldon.
