Stewart & Short?

Did anyone see Stewart and I believe it was Short that came together in the first lap? Short went down pretty hard. Suprised no one mentioned this, unless I missed it. I wonder if it'll show it in Stews GoPro.

I saw that too. I asked in the race discussion but got no details. Weird how it wasn't covered at all in the broadcast.

It looked like Stewart pushed Short into a vertical ledge at the tracks edge and Short came to an immediate stop and went over the bars while Stewart careened off track.

They Showed a go pro replay of the Stewart/Weimer crash during the moto 2 telecast but made no mention of the Shorty incident. They must have it on the go pro since they have the Weimer tangle.

I mentioned it in the bench racing thread and everyone tried to tell me it was Jake Weimer. No.. he was ahead of Weimer until that collision and running off the track. That put him way behind trying to find a way back onto the track.

Wow. Short got blasted. It's hard to tell if James got anyone else coming back across the track.

Yeah, saw that..wonder if that was any kind of retaliation or extra aggresive on Stewart's part because of them getting together at the start (from what Weege said) in one of the motos.
