I'm pretty pumped!

Got a pretty screaming deal on this 1600cc. Gotta love how metrics values plummet compared to the Harley's. Atleast until I try and sell it someday haha.

Can't wait to fill up those saddle bags and do some road tripping here shortly.

Yeah...those Yamaha's are the closest in "look" to a Harley of all the metric's.....enjoy....

My wife wanted to buy me a new Harley Switchback last year, but I told her I couldn't justify spending that much money on something I might not even ride much. I found a used Vulcan 1500 Classic for under $3K and absolutely love it. Put about 5K miles on it so far, and it was parked all winter. I guess I would have rode the Harley enough, but I can't imagine I would have $15K more fun on it. Sounds like a beast with the V&H pipes, too.

Nice video (and ride!).
Was only kidding. When i lived in LA I used to enjoy riding my Gpz600r along hwy74 from the 405 to lake Elsinor (and the other half of it down to seven level hill and beyond). Another fav' was Topanga Canyon road and up around there. Having big drop-offs on the outside of sharp bends surely adds to the excitement of quick(ish!) rides. Smile
