Trending toward something +/- 90f/32c for next Saturday. Warm, but we'll probably miss the 100+'s we had in the late 90's/2001. Been a much drier and warmer spring in NorCal this year.

Looking forward to the opening round!

It'll be my first time back in Hangtown since 2007.

The RC vs JS and RV vs BT battles that year were incredible!

When I think of Hangtown, I picture the white/red Henry YZ400F smoking around the track... well, that, and the vet race we did there a couple years later... fun!

This will be our first visit to Hangtown since we moved here in November. Sure going to miss the heat we dealt with at Red Bud the last couple of years.

FTE; would you happen to know if we can bring a motorhome for Saturday (parking only) without paying the $60 camping fee?
Be nice to have a cool place to eat and get out of the sun (for the ladies) of course.

Please don't jinx us with the heat comment! Dude... I wore my jacket the entire day a couple years ago, it was great! Hey, if it's hot, at least it won't be humid!

Beats me on the motorhome, don't know why not, but check the site. http://www.hangtownmx.com

If you can, I think it may be better trying to come in to the back (east) side of the track; I am pretty sure the day parking there is much closer to the track and it sets you up to watch from the top of the hill, which is pretty good viewing of the most of the track. Long walk to vendors' row (unless there's a mini one up there) and the pits..
