What seems to be the issue? Clutch baskets get notched up pretty bad and can be cleaned up with a hand file pretty easy. Clutch slipping just needs new plates and springs. Barnett Kevlar fiber plates will ruin the inner hub and pressure plate friction surfaces as they seem to be extremely abrasive. They will feel like they are dragging when you pull the clutch in. Also, Barnett heavy duty clutch springs are super stiff. Can't say I've ever had many clutch problems out of the 125's.

When assembling it all, the pressure plate will only fit on in 2 of the 6 positions available. When you install the pressure plate, make sure it seats all the way down on the plate stack. If not ,rotate the pressure plate one hole at a time until it falls into place.

Fibers are still available from Honda. Can't go wrong with OEM.

You may be able to have your inner clutch hub drilled to allow for better oil feed between the plates. Woody Kyle did a few old Yamaha inner hubs for my brothers old MX / YZ clutches. Make sure the clutch push rod is not worn, also. Run the lightest viscosity oil that you can.

Use SL100 clutch fibers and new stock springs. You will need to adjust the clutch linkage (large screw in the center of the clutch cover) consult a manual for the adjustment this maybe part of the problem you are having now.
