Regal and Grant will have a top 5 moto or two followed by injury. The others will be lucky to qualify.

Is Izzi even in for the Nationals? He blew his ACL at the beginning of the SX season. I wouldn't of expected to see him out there until mid season at best......but maybe I'm wrong? I hope I am....because i'd love to see him back out there again this summer. The guy had some great rides last summer and all that hard work looked like it was paying off.
Nico is doing just fine! He was operated on and the knee seems to be just fine. He is riding outdoors with Rock Star Zook. They kept him out of SX just to make sure he didn't get hurt again going in to the outdoors. The only change is he will be on a 250 instead of the original plan on the 450.

If history is anything, Grant may get a couple of top 5's, then a couple of top 25's to match...I'm pulling for the guy, he just seems snake-bit. Maybe he will turn in around outdoors...
Regal will probably nail a couple of starts and then slowly fade back and hold on to a top 10-15 finish a couple of times as the highlights to his season.
Haven't heard anything about Stroup, and J-Law? We'll see.... He seems to be doing it on a shoestring...I hope his fitness and equipment are up to the task or it might get ugly IMO.

The same guys saying Stroupe and Lawrence will be a threat seem to be the same guys saying Hill and Hansen would be "battling for top 5s in SX"

There just is NOT room in this sport anymore for the skater-types like there used to be.

It's been forever since Grant finished an entire series, I'm surprised he's still getting support. Unless he can put it together soon I could see his career coming to an end in the near future. It's unfortunate too with his mom running away with his savings as he's trying to support his family.

The skater types? Tell that to Ryan Sheckler or Rob Dyrdek. You are either a hard worker or your not. What the fuck does skateboarding have to do with it. Lots of "skater types" make it to the bigtime!

How'd Sheckler do at Freestone last year in the heat?
