I'm pretty sure Greg Bowen was Keith's brother. He also won a vet championship in '03 I think. He was on the trading card/window sticker for the campers at LL in '04.

Lot's of cool names there.

I was also at that Birmingham/Jefferson Civic Center race. I used to see those guys all the time. I was on 80's at that time.

I owned a 1984 CR 60 and the KX was already out then as well. By 88 that bike was no longer though. I'm pretty sure they all raced the KX60.

Clint won the first moto of the PW50 class in 1988. #33. A LOT of people will find that particular number interesting in 2009...

I raced the 125 A stock class that year....finished 9th overall. Was actually my last year racing and was a freshman at UGA. I pulled the holeshot in the first moto, but was only good for the first 10 minutes! Since I was attending UGA...all I was doing at the time were those Saturday night supercross races in north Georgia...making a few bucks over the weekends for spending money...lol.

Both Sean Dukes and Kenny Kizzar good friends of mine. We raced locally together week in and week out. I also got to know Derrick Roe pretty well, too.
