2009 kx250f motor noise?

can someone tell me for sure what the super loud tick is? cam chain isnt loose, valves apear to be in spec....

ok how do i tell if its worn?
will the plunger wobble or something?

Take a look at the tensioner blades and then inspect the chain tensioner spring and the foot print that makes contact with the tensioner blade.

Did you find/solved the problem? my 2010 had the same noise , maybe a little quieter
