I would really like to see him get a shot at it....even if only for the first few races. Perhaps as a reward for winning the Aussie title (if he wins it of course).
haha, wow your comparing metty to marmont from 7 years ago? There is no way Marmont is beating Metcalfe now indoors or out

Codie Mackie managed the make main on a few occasions (with some luck). I think Marmont could do it.

On topic I think it's great REED is coming home to race some supercross, always helps ticket sales and promotion for our sport to survive down under

Agreed. Marmont is an awesome SX rider. He could def beat Alessi, Chisolm, and a few others

Metcalfe is way ahead of Marmont...

I think Marmont would make the mains but he'd be top 10 around 10th... Metty is 4th-8th place guy and that's a big jump in reality in terms of speed...

You wouldn't put Kiniry/Peick in the same category as Davi/Metty/KW

We should just be happy Chad is coming home to race, if he laps the field, so be it.
Personally, I don't think he will lap the field, think about it for a minute.
There are a few that need to put the mouth into neutral, and the brain into gear. Fuck, just be happy for once.

Looks like I will be able to make it to 2 rounds, and I don't give a shit who wins, as long

Quite a few USA riders have ventured over for Aus SX in the last 2 years. Marmont and Jake Moss have both had open class wins against some of these guys.
Hanson 8 for 2 wins and 3 podiums
Windham 2 for 1 win and 1 podium
Alessi 8 for no wins and no podiums
Millasaps 1 for no win and 1 podium
Grant 1 for no win and no podium
Brayton 4 for 1 win and 2 podiums
