Wouldn't be surprised if he won this weekend - Cairoli isn't a big fan of the track, Desalle and Pourcel aren't 100% etc. It'll be a great story for Ken to return with a win though, infront of his home fans, going to be a good weekend!

Your eagerness is pretty telling. I'm happy you have a good series though.

I'd much rather see him in the 250 class to kick Herlings' ass again. But hopefully he rails it on the 450 this weekend

I really wanted to see him run the number 1 plate at least one time this year.

And him kicking Herlings ass would of been sweet too.. Laughing

Amazing how pre-qualifying practice for a GP has become so important to a few people all of a sudden?

No Van Horebeeck this weekend (injured knee). Hopefully he'll be at the gate next weekend or Team Belgium can forget their MXoN podium.

I don't think they'll make the podium even if he's there. Big Ken only has 30 minutes rest inbetween motos and the dude is a notorious fader. And Desalle is riding hurt AND running the number 13. And that number is cursed at the MXdN. Just ask RC or AC.

UNLESS.............

SE72 dusts off his boots Woohoo then it's game on !!!

Cmon Geoff that is just dumb. What if Herlings and AC came here for supercross. They wouldn't even make the main. Who cares about a stupid sand track. Sure Herlings might win the battle, but the Americans will win the war. Like I said in another thread, Kenny is the 4th best 250 guy here and he is gonna put it to AC this weekend. That pretty much sums it up right there how MUCH FASTER THE AMERICANS ARE!! Another example look how Searle is doing 2nd place every week, he wouldnt be top 10 over here in the 250 class. You guys have no 250 riders even worth talking about. All you have is one 450 guy that goes pretty fast, big deal...

Why is it dumb? A large percentage of riders from Europe who have no interest in Supercross. They're Motocross riders and mastering sand is just as important over here mastering supercross is to American riders over there.

Actually, pretty much all of your post just suggests to me your very naive.

Just humor him dude. It's not his fault really.. He's just a product of the system.

Is Kenny riding a tree-fiddy AND posting those times, if so, after the MXDN in the deep power robbing sand, the 350 will prove itslef (in the hands of a capable rider) to be a premier class weapon.....over in Europe, how many titles HAS the 350 won at the hands of Cairoli vs the mighty 450's?....At least 2.......................... and Cairoli is 2 for 2 on the 350 ktm, im telling you, the 350 got a bad rap in the states BECAUSE KTM was not smart enough to put an upcoming 250f phenom on the bike, until the MXDN and whenever K-Roc and Marv move up. They will both ride 350's their 1st year and do VERY well.....wins, podiums, and title contention by their 2nd year in the premier class. IMO the 350 is a HUGE advantage for riders like Kenny and Marv moving up from a 250f, the 350 has the same power charistics with MORE POWER everywhere but needs to be ridden like a 250f ....so when you put a career 450 rider like #800 and #29 OF COURSE YOURE GOING TO GET SUB-PAR RESULTS!!!!!!! Those guys were used to the run n gun, stop, aim and shoot out of a turn like the 500 2 stroke riders did.....so they forget HOW to carry speed thru corners but Kenny and Marv are suited to that style of keeping momentum thru turns not making mistakes, which reminds me of the 125 and 250 2 stroke days. a 250 2 stroke was for the mosty paret ridden WFO like a 125 and carried momentum much like a 125....IMO in a couple years the 350 infused with the technology being developed for 4 stroke engines will be a championship bike......in the hands of the right rides, hell Cairoli has done it AT LEAST twice!!......and yes it IS a 350 not some crazy overbore. You cannot runa bigger piston at a certain size limit w/o having to change the stroke, cases, etc and you can see Cairoli's 350 mulit GP championship bike developement will trickle down into production w/in the next 2 years and the 350 will FINALLY live up to its true potential, win some titles and (hopefully) the 450 will go away....Thats jusy My Opinion on the 450 as it HAS been beaten many time bothe in the USA & Especially over in Europe but hasnt enjoyed as much success bec we Americans are fixated on the Stigma of "450 only" mentality which hasnt given the 350 much of a chance yet. MA did well on it but was NEVER a small bore rider, Shorty had been on 450's for 5-6 years befpre he got ona 350 AND EVEN then they BOTH hovered in the top 10 riding the bike like a 450 when they couldve ridden it like a small bore and carried momentum thru the corners.......something only 4-5 riders can do on a 450 nowadays and we've been racing them for 14 years now!!!

Yeah I believe that's correct. The dirt's also quite changeable round there according to Michael Leib last week when he was talking to Malin. Definitely a tricky one.
