I have been bald since I was in my mid twenties. But it never concerned me so I didn't take some miracle drug to turn it around.

So the guy who took this drug, his package shrank, and his doctor told him that if he quit taking the drug that the shrinking would stop, but it didn't? So is the guy a chick now?

This all sounds like marketing 101, and now hair loss treatments can make you package shrink.

That's a fine looking couple.

And with all due respect, your wife is beautiful.

I'm headed that way. If it gets too bad I'll probably just shave it all off and go bald though.

So the drug guys took because they were insecure about a bald spot and wanted to get chicks have now made it so they can't do anything with them once they get said chicks.

That's just poetic justice right there man.

Life giveth and life taketh away, that's true with hair and many other things.....messing with that balance will never pay off.

Our medical/pharmaceutical industry is something special, isn't it? That FDA testing really makes a difference...lol.

I won't take a damn prescription drug my doctor has recommended. I don't trust what they're pushing. Eat healthy, and the body fixes itself.

Exactly.....All the vitamins and minerals I need are in what I eat.
I honestly haven't taken so much as an aspirin in the last 8 or so months.

That's what the Southern Comfort is for......lol.

Thats what I did about 6 years ago and never looked back. Never resorted to any of the "miracle" drugs either.

I still remember looking in the mirror and telling myself "this is it ,from here on out you wont have to comb your hair ever again"
Turned on the clippers and buzzed it gone , that was about 10 years ago.

Mostly hereditary, but it isn't your pop you need to look at to see your future,it's your mother's.

That's what it's suppose to be, but my mothers father died with a full thick head of hair.

Of coarse, he was a Cherokee Indian.

They now say that it can come from either side, and that the old mothers side was where it came from is false. They now say there is no way for any particular gene to dominate. I say if it happens, it happens, I'm not taking anything for it.

You know you might like it. I have played in bands most of my life and had the full on "palm tree" hair in the 80's. I was just lovely. Then things began to go bad, so one day I chucked what was left and never went back. No helmet hair, pillow hair, wind hair, nothing. It is so much easier.

I actually do it all the time. not totally bald, like 1/8th attachment (i think) 2 summers ago was the 1st time i ever went for a "buzz" and i can not believe i waited all my life to do it! It feels so damn good and like you said, no mess, no fuss!

Back in the 90's i was a freakin long hair, looking back i have no idea how i lived like that Blink

Something's don't fix themselves simply be eating correctly and working out. I find that to be a very idiotic statement.

Well Big Pharma does not have our best interest in mind. They constantly have to pay fines or I should say "settlements" from some of their mind altering Psych drugs that do not cure but are a cash cow which they respond "Just a part of doing business". Nice.

Just add more fiber and don't worry about your multiple sclerosis anymore.

Same with Systemic lupus.... Matter of fact why go to the doctor if you don't care what he has to say?

Like anything you have legitimate cases and you have non-legitimate "flavor of the month" diagnosis in any field.

That is exactly right. The key is to root out the so-called diseases and go for a cure for the real diseases.
