Thanks for coming out attempting to race the nationals this year. With very little time to test the new bike and a bunged up wrist. At the start of the series it looked like RD was going to crush the series with RV,CR,KW,TC and maybe James sitting it out but you gave us a glimmer of hope and after the first 2 races it was shaping up to be an epic season but sometimes some things are not meant to be. Heal up mate and I know I speak for everyone on here and all the fans out there no matter which rider you support just come back when you are a 110% fit and healthy. Because I will argue with anyone that wouldn't want to see come A1 2013 a full stacked fit and healthy RV,CR,TC,RD,JS,BARCIA, AND WILSON.So instead go bagging these riders how about we get behind them and pray for them to all be ready to RUMBLE come Jan 2013.

Heal up James don't race back ( pardon the pun ) your true supporters will stand behind your decision and will be there to support you when you get back wether it during the nationals or A1 2013.

Wow this sport really needs people like you around it to help grow. Tell me what was good for the sport about your post. No wonder places like this become a laughing stock. Thanks again for your helpful post.

They quietly go about their business busting their butts and winning championships.

The races will probably be less exciting and the outcome more predictable without James, but there isn't much point in him being out there when he is not 100%. At Red Bud his wrist was obviously effecting him and he wasn't at his best, so he is taking some more time off to recover. I know he has missed a lot of races in the last few years, and has given some dubious explanations for his absences, but I don't think it is fair to say he is making excuses or being a pussy.

I was under the impression that JS was not getting paid by Suzuki until the start of 2013 supercross series. so i guess he's not getting paid to win a championship. 3rd to 10th would be fine then?

Wow this thread got a serious diet... just when it was getting good.

Seems to me like folks are forgetting the first 2 races of the year. Did Bubba walk away by 30 seconds and embarrass the field? Nope, but he was winning races. As soon as he didn't run upfront at Red Bed (or atleast a semi-close second), it was easy to tell he wasn't 100%. I am pretty far from being a Stewart fan, but just the fact that he rode this summer made the show that much better, and it gave all of the fans something to look forward to. Seriously, who wasn't happy to see that he was going to be back at Red Bud?

Dungey would be on his way to 24-0 right now if James hadn't showed up, and James may even be back to upset some races later this year. Like him or not, show some fucking respect already.

Yeah, I'm not so sure about the "getting good" part. I like your last paragraph, though...and that goes for all the riders, not just whoever's the target of the moment.

I guess I should have said "getting funny". Cool

The discussion went south, but seeing two guys trying to see who can yell the loudest with a keyboard is always funny to me.
