Its a quad rider by the evidence in some of the pictures.
The #112 number plate sticker on the wall under the Lamson? #plate.
The mini #112 stickers shaped liked quad plates in misc places

The place for sale is owned by Tommy Tantillo. He is a vet quad rider that built his dream land about 6-7 years ago. I have rode here many times and it is amazing. He takes great care of the place. A great buy for somebody for sure!

its owned by a guy named Tony Tantillo. and was used for a training spot for alot of pro atv riders. the quad movie 'Huevous 11" has a scene from there. track is killer!!!!

and quad rider #16 is Jeremy Lawson. he use to ride for Walsh Race Craft located in Live Oaks FL. he use to trail on the property. that 112 in the pic above is not the same #112 from the property.

That is a STEAL...I just sold 46 acres in Oregon with a full on track, 2 miles of enduro trails and a nice horse barn/arena setup for $1,025,000.00.

WTF do you think you need for equipment? For a personal track a decent dozer and a front loader with a few attachments is more than sufficient. I maintain a full on outdoor MX track with stuff that has cost me less than 10k. Granted I repair my own equipment if needed. For $25k you could have a sweet setup.............Frankly, most times renting makes more sense I just enjoy going out and pushing dirt............

It's ridiculous how cheap it's there. For that money you're lucky to find a good family home with 10000 sq.ft. property here nearby Berlin.
