this thread makes me think of my dads '87 500.. hes pretty much done with the restoration just needs to paint the frame now

I am indeed ( TRUE !!) selling my beloved 6 X 12 enclosed motorcycle trailer.

It is on Ohio Creepslist (Craigslist) currently. $1850 with stickers, $4500 without...

Remember the Yamaha YSR 50. I and several freinds bought a few back in the 90's and started racing them in empty municiple building parking garages on weekends..they were always empty. Of course after a few weeks we start hopping up the little air cooled engines with pipes and carbs but you could only push one so far. So one guy does not show up for like a month and shows up with a KX 100 engine stuffed in one...that was one wicked little bike.

Most Excellent! Where did he get the seat cover? Those are hard to find.

i would like to do an '87 CR125 resto. I used to have an '87 CR500 just like that (of course not in as good of shape as that one).

Obviously, you've never seen the YZ400F powered YSR.

At one time, had one with the big bore kit and everything else. Looked like it had been drug through the Calimari Racing catalog.

Reminds me of a guy a while back that built a beast of a TTR125 WITH a few secret carb mods. It was scary fast AND DANGEROUS
