I don't normally weigh in on these rumour and speculation threads....BUT.....I was just reading Matthes' report on Aussie website motoonline.com.au in which he says:
"The first two spots for the 450 nationals looks like it will be a battle with KTM’s Ryan Dungey and Suzuki’s James Stewart. Yeah, I said Suzuki. It’s not official, but look for it to be early next week."
Nothing official but that's a pretty big hint he's throwing out there. I know it's been speculated a lot but I think that is the first time I have seen one of the top journo's in our sport put it in writing...

Well said Jeffro
Just sayin.
I'm just pumped to see Stewart line up at an outdoor race on a bike that he is reportedly very comfortable on
I'd guess that currently Ryan Dungey, and our two Lites SX champs (Tomac and Barcia) would be in the lead for the MXoN squad.
Bring it!!!
I agree with the other logical people here that it would be great to see James move away from the Yamaha and get back to his old form, it's only going to make it more exciting for everyone. Hope it's true!
No one has seen him ride a Zook, no one has confirmed that he is riding a Zook, he SAID he will be at Hangtown ( but I seem to remember him saying he's racing the Nationals even if he had to buy and drive his own van to the races - oh yeah.......he didn't show up that year.....), and he can't keep a bike on two wheels since 2009!
Have fun with your Bubba fantasies!
Cant wait to see TC41 and CR22 back in 13

Inquiring minds want to know
Ryan Villopoto talked about the Kawi being harsh and the frame sending too much feedback and wearing him out. His results were less than stellar, when he switch he improved.
This may be the case of the Yamaha. I do not believe it "sucks: because other riders have done ok with it, but we have seen riders go down from Josh Grant to present. Perhaps Yamaha needs to unstiffen the frame to make the bike easier to ride or more forgiving, and because of the economy, Yamaha has not made any updates to the bike. This is a bad decision on the part of Yamaha when they see riders crashing. Even Davi was doing great and then fell over in a left hander with a small bump in it that no one else crashed on.
So, all I am saying is that a minor change from 2011 to 2012 for Ryan seems to me to put him back on top. Perhaps the Suzuki will fit James style better and help him not crash as much. It is possible. I did see James do some amazing things on the Yamaha, things other riders would not do but it also threw him to the ground a lot.
Just sayin
