Davi is a cool cat but what did he say to Erin on the podium about leading 19 of the 20 laps?

Dude choked up worse than a maico 501 with a bing carburator and a worn out float needle.

Simple as that ....he looked good up to that point. Bummer...

I actually felt real bad for Davi. I was hoping he would pull that one off for JGR.

Did mention about someone not getting out of way, may have been Goerke.

BeefCake could've gotten out of the way and then he would've had nothing to complain about.

Couldn't tell you. My effin DVR for some reason decided that I was not going to watch these races. I swear this happens all the time and I have it set to record anything that is remotely close to SX / MX racing.Angry

I wouldve loved to see Millsaps win but can we please stop nowwith the whole "Millsaps is going a lot faster lately" talk? Dungey just returned from injury, is not in top shape, has been testing for outdoors and he had a get off and still caught Davi.

So you're saying that if Millsaps were not on such a great bike, his results would be really terrible because he's bad, so his results have to be due to the bike?

Davi was blaming the loss on lappers not getting out of the way. Dungey had to pass more people than Davi, and didn't have a problem.

No, I'm just saying he is what he is. Everyone has been talking about how much better he's been getting as the year has gone on while the faster guys were falling out of the series every week. I would say he's rode better as in eliminating the terrible races , but he's still with the Weimer, Short, Brayton, Metcalfe group on speed as he always has been.

Not sure I get your point. He had a terrible opening couple of races. Since then he's been pretty much the same.

He made a mistake, it happens. I don't think we saw everything involving Georke, but whatever it was still a good ride. I was torn cause I wanted to see Davi get a win, but also wanted to see Dungey get a win after coming back from injury.

Maybe the wrong approach, but I'm glad that RD won, to "maintain the quality" (or what's left of if) of the series. But I guess we all wish for different things...

Davi's deal has taken a turn for the better & he's become THE lead guy arJGR.

Ignore the "jabbering"...

He'll be racing for wins.

Period.

There's talk that all those guys are riding better. Well, at least Davi and Brayton. Weimer's been up and down, Short's been out, and no one says anything about Metcalfe.

In the same way RV's speed advantage seemed much greater the first few rounds because the other guys were still finding their speed, it's not really a stretch to think that Millsaps has gotten faster. But I'm not sure I heard anyone say he was faster--just better. Looking at the points, Davi and JB have pretty clearly established themselves as the best of the rest, even if they're not actually going any faster...and eliminating terrible races is what being a contender is all about. Just ask Dungey.

He did muff up that rythem section which cost him the lead,

but to be fair, the lappers stopped him from retaliating. i was so fucking angry at those lappers aswell, who the fuck do they think they are trying to race with the leaders that are coming around behind them? Get out of the fucking way. It happened alot in those last couple of laps, i couldn't give a shit if your racing someone for 15th, you don't take the leaders line thinking your shit is more important. How about the douche that tried to stay infront of dungey because he didn't want to get lapped, and was pipped right at the finish line, imagine if he stuffed up trying to keep infront and caused an issue with Dungey.

I couldn't imagine how frustrated DM is when even i was getting pissed off, and i wasn't even riding.

I've just heard a lot of folks comment on how well Millsaps has been riding and saying it has nothing to do with everyone else getting hurt. I think he's riding a little better than last year, but he hasn't jumped from one group of riders to another. Lets not forget Brayton is right there on him in points with having one less main. If not for the injuries to everyone else he would be in the 6th-10th range just like he was. No difference.

Nobody ever said those JGR bikes are good for 20 laps. They were only built for 8 laps. Just ask James
