On the 450 I think Dungey will give Villopoto all he can handle, but Villopoto still separates himself at about round 9 and secures his fourth consecutive championship. I won't bet against a guy who has yet to lose an outdoor championship.
Then Dungey and Villopoto will go to the MXoN and dominate, but Baggett/Tomac/Barcia will have two awful motos and cause the US team to get 2nd.
Just my opinion/prediction of course.
X2 Your right there MM is super smooth outdoors, no idea who will prevail but do know im going to enjoy finding out
Just hoping RD is on the same speed as RV or its going to be one boring 450 season. Definitely 250AMA & 450GP's are going to be the exciting ones to watch.
Ha ha have some faith you will win like you always do
Well i thought last year you really had some luck on your side with France imploding. But felt real sorry for Baggett, I would go with him again as he knows what to expect and an awesome rider on his day. Or Even Osborne ! I know he is not that well known back home but have watched him in deep sand lots, The track where he injured himself is only 15min drive for me
Pit Row
RV is a no brainer, but the lites is a little more complex. Bagget, Tomac, Wilson are pretty good choices for top 3. Everyone else will be fighting it out behind them but I do think there are a lot more chances for the "lesser or less consistent riders"riders in the 250 class to make it to the podium this year. This for sure will be the more competitive class and probably the most fun to watch. Lets hope we don't have a bam bam/musquin incident in the first race this year.
Roczen and Musquin a question mark? Musquin is a two time GP champion, did pretty good at Hangtown (after a first turn crash in 1 moto), and pretty good at the last few races of the year. Remember he had two serious injuries last year, one of which was Barcia's fault, not his. Roczen dominated the GPs last year and was the top 250 guy at the MXoN. I don't see them as being a question at all. They'll both be right towards the front all year. Durham will be up there too. He might get a win. He was awesome last year on the Eleven 10 Mods team.
Like I said, a lot of guys will get wins, but as far as wins and being in the championship hunt all year, I think Musquin, Wilson, and Roczen will separate themselves towards the end of the series.
his last 2 races he got 3rd and hes more consistent than tomac who i think is faster than him. only time will tell and hopefully hes healthy all summer so we can find out where he truely stands.
MX... I hope to hell RD5 can make life difficult for RV2 (and I am confident he will). and the third guy is ?????????
All I know is I can't wait for another summer of crazy battles at the Nationals and I can't wait to go to Redddddddddddddddddddddddddddd Buddddddddddddddddddddddddddd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Baggett will be fast but has yet to prove himself to be consistent- i think he will win a couple of races. I dont think barcia will contend for the title.
I think RD will be alot closer to RV than he was in supercross, alot of people forget just how good dungey is outdoors- it will be close betwween those two. As for the rest of them- cant see anybody else in that group being in championship contention. Hopefully grant will be able to rediscover old form, he's got the talent but its a while since he's mixed it up with those boys at the front. Stewart wont turn up (again)
There is absolutely no way RD and RV will dominate at the MXDN!! I hope one of them can make a race of it with herlings, but i dont think anyone will be able to get near jeffrey round there! Having said that, USA will still most likely win as they have the strongest team collectively. Osborne would be a great pick for the 250 ride
But if you don't mind, I think I will quote you in my sig to see if you are right.
