I don't think people dislike Jay , I think it's more of a distaste for nothing being done about his actions until now.

He needs to understand the limits. I hope he gets it. I hate to see this happen to someone that has his potential. His lack of responsibility has killed his chances.

Like 500 guy said, Jason Lawrence, had every chance to do the right thing, but in his ignorance chose not to. That is a pure sign of stupidity.

I have seen jay race since he was a little guy.. His grandfather used to sponsor me when he had a kawi shop back in the day.. He has allways been a punkass kid.. But thats him, and his riding ability could back it.. Oh well.. I for one wish he got it together and did us in NJ proud, but i guess his crew couldn't or did not want to help him

Hate to say it but I bet he is broke within 2 years! That is, unless like stated above some "Take's a chance" on the kid again. I really hate to see all this happen but like you all said and know; he was given plenty of chances to clean up and didn't.

I think the bashing falls into one of three categories

1. Like watching the mighty fall. Like watching Britney meltdown, they get pleasure in seeing people with money, power or fame fall from grace.

2. Like to see talent fail. Due to their own lack of talent, they enjoy seeing those more talented, fail

3. Bandwagon jumpers. Self explanatory

He could maybe take up FMX and join the Mulisha.

I'm not going to bash the guy and It's a shame the guy can ride and has a lot of talent, but the sad thing is he will not realize what he had until it's far to late.
