Scott Kandel busted Grendel and it was beyond funny seeing everyone scramble, the phone calls I received denying any involvement with the Media Darling in December and January.
What is even funnier is I was over it at Anaheim two plus years ago when I ran into Grendel at a vendor booth only to receive an olive branch e mail from him six days later.....nah wait a minute I'm sure it was just the mother of all coincidences seeing this young man jumping out of his skin when I was in the booth and me receiving a conciliatory e mail six days later, right?
Your buddy Cox was great pals with Grendel and is why I called him at the beginning of the year and asked him "how's your buddy Grendel doing." I was really disappointed the man who knows everything could only hang up rather than answer the question.
Kills me Matthes and Cox were such great pals with the Media Darling now they both have amnesia.
Real men I tell you.....real men. Only real men hide behind a screen name while trashing others........and to think the Media Darling talked on Pulp MX about people having hidden agendas.

The only thing Scott has busted lately is what was left of his reputation.

Maybe if Grendel had attacked you the way he attacked others you may have cared some.
Scott is the OG Honeybadger. If people don't like the message IE busting some anonymous azzhat (who actually worked in the industry) and then of course attack the messenger.
I try not to worry about anything and for sure I don't care about any of this. Feel free to twist my lack of appreciation of anonymous assassins into me worrying about this though.

I don't know that you can keep saying you don't care when you continue to bring the topic up on here and MT. I figured out five years ago that internet arguments are a colossal waste of time and for your mental health I hope you do the same at some point. Frankly, all this feels like an episode of Phineas and Ferb where Candace keeps running up to the mom in hopes of busting her brothers and screams "Mom, you have to see what the boys are up to now!" but everything is normal when the mom looks.
Nobody really brings up Grendel any more except for you, which only gets people asking about him again. You obviously care, and at some point you just need to let it go.

For those who are blessed not to know the history the short version is Grendel was an inflammatory anonymous poster with an ego the size of the USSR. There wasn't a meltdown but karma finally caught up with him though after he messed with Scott Kandell.
I'd like to thank Scott for being the person that finally got the Media Darling to crawl back into the hole he came from. Thank you Scott!

I've met Grendel a couple of times, he's just a fan of the sport and not connected to anyone (as far as I know) but you keep on ruining friendships and industry contacts. I know I'll never help you with any advice ever again.

Rock you don't know who Grendel was or you wouldn't be so vague, and like was said here who gives a shit, he's gone.
And to the Dirty Bagger guy, I thought Justin was cool, worked with him, saw him at the races over the years and he was always friendly and cool. Then I find out he has a show where he bashes the crap out of me. I didn't think that was very upfront of him but some people are like that (I'm not and for an example, I won't talk to The Rock again after he was the biggest douche to me in these emails) and I blasted him on the show for the douchiness.
Wish something like that was the worst thing in my life.
