I agree that Villo is one of the most boring guys on the podium, but when he talks with Matthes he can be pretty funny and witty. I miss Travis Preston, Pingree, J-law for their podium speeches.

Dunno but when i saw that clip I was thinking RV has that look about him.. that look that MC, RC, JS and others have had. That look of total confidence ... he is going to be tough to beat any time soon imo.

I thought he was a dullard as well until I saw Transworld's Shadow video from Washougal last year. The kid has fun and a sense of humor. I don't care about podium speeches. They are pretty much pointless and not a true reflection of most racer's personalities. They are scripted and I bet if you compared every podium speech from the last decade, nearly every one is exactly the same boring gibberish.
