hi guys!

i'm indecise between 2 deals:

a) Yamaha YZ 250 2005 (first year with the ALU frame)

b) Suzuki RM 250 2008 (250euros (320 dollars) more expensive)

The bike conditions is about the same, and both have all stock parts, so that shouldn't make much diference.

So, to use between a motocross track i have nearby, and some enduro riding in the woods which one will be better?

(if you want think of the Yamaha with 250 euros worth of upgrades Wink

Many people say the YZ is a little better woods bike. I would just get the one you think is the best deal.

Both great bikes, i had a 2005 yz250 and a 2007 rm 250, I would go on the cleanest bike, the rm handles better, the yz quality maybe a little bit better IMO. Bit resale value will be higher on the 08

Wouldn't be a bad idea to get the suspension serviced. As in an oil change for the forks and shock. Many people don't ever do it and it will help the ride and life of the suspension.

If I were to go down to a 250. I would buy a KTM 250SX.. Its the fastest 250 two stroke.. Plus it has better reliability and comes stock wth after market upgrades.. Plus the power to wait ratio is better on the KTM 250sx than the 450f.. Not to mention lighter than the 450f..Wink
