If Blake rode for me...he'd be told that he needs to learn how to Reciprocate.

I'm jus' sayin'...

Barcia takes what he wants, the rest sit around hoping for some scraps or some luck.

Im sure if Wharton has a shot at Barcia, hes going to take it. Jumping acrossed that in a rhythm section is a total douche move, but that seems to be Barcias M.O.

That was good clean racing, even by today's standards.

Didn't we just talk about people who move over on other riders in the air? I thought the general concensus was "douche bag".

He wanted the inside off the corner to make it stick, so he lined up for the inside.

Did Barcia pinch Wharton?

Yes he did and it was beautiful. Wharton needs to make sure he hits Barcia hard enough to knock him down or stay away from him. You know Barcia is going to bang with you if you provoke him.

Thanks. It was awesome to see Wharton lose the battle but win the war. He had a great ride.

In my opinion, there are not many guys in either class that have Barcia's skill when it comes to maintaining speed while banging bars and taking away lines. I'm not saying that these guys should just let him have an easy time coming through traffic, but Barcia isn't a guy you want to run high if you don't knock him down.

I think Wharton knew he was going to get the squeeze there so I don't believe he was in any danger.

Why are there so many anti-Bam Bam guys on vital? Some of his moves are unjustified, but most are. In this specific incident Wharton pinched Barcia and Barcia simply returned the favor. Have an open mind, and take a look back and you'll see what I'm talking about.

What goes around comes around. So stoked for 956. Bad deal for KR, but luck is when opportunity meets preparation.

Barcia had the wheel on him, and moved over. Wharton did the only thing he could do, and backed it down.

I'm not a fan of moving over on somebody in rhythm sections, but Barica had the edge and he just nudged him over.

With that said, how about Wharton in the main event? The dude killed it. Smile

The thing about Barcia is that he is the schoolyard bully of the lights class. He will continue to push everyone else around untill someone knocks him on his ass.

The problem is, I don't see anyone in the lights class with the balls to do it!

With any luck, that'll change over the next few weeks...

The power of the Fro,..Blake is a scrapper and ain't backin' down from "Bam Bam"

Roczen is a little intimidated under all the lights, and I don't see him as a viable championship threat outdoors,....

Josh Grant has ( had ) speed. JS7 has ( had ) speed. JLaw has ( had ) speed....

I'm wondering what's going on in that kids head,. 5 races in and hardly a podium? Oh yeah..., he's got speed.

Ken is still young and his SX experience is limited. He also got a bad start at the pre-season when he had a crack in his arm so that cut a big piece out of his preparation.

Give the guy some time, if he can't cope with the best in a few seasons then i'l agree with you. Until then, wait and see how he evolves.

My intentions with all this Bam Bam talk has been to draw out the discussion and see how we really feel about banging-bars and seein' who'll REALLY FIGHT FOR IT!

While we ALL have our Fan-Boy issues...let's be clear...I'm obviously a Peter Frampton...uh, I mean Blake fan...I think it's clear...and I actually stated this else-where in here...

Justin Barcia is WINNING by being a bad ass and making sure that the competition KNOWS that he is out there for just ONE REASON: To Win!

How the HELL do ya NOT just LOVE THAT?!

As to his "Hit-n-Run" methodology?

It Has...(Historically)
It Can...
It Will...

Cause problems down the road when his fellow competitors say, "O.K., I've had enough!"

Which, is the way he wants it.
Well, He get's it!

Again, as we discussed...else-where...

Just go ask Bob Hannah. I'll bet he's DAMN proud to have Justin compared to him.
