I don't know who Jacki Short is but she (I assume it's a she) posted a very inspiring and warm "thank you" to everyone for the support. Morais couldn't have anyone better by his side, for sure.

I couldnt imaging having my jaw wired shut for 6 weeks.... wow God give him peace through it..! amen...

Neither could I , shame there isn't an internet equivelant Vital would be a better place for it .

Have you guys seen that injury report on Racer X ?? F*cking stupid how many guys are hurt just 4 weeks in to the season. I realy hope everyone who is injured heals fully and doesn't suffer too much now or sometime later in life

It's a shame our sport has become that dangerous that career ending, crippling and life ending injuries are commonplace and have almost become an accepted part of things...

Im a little confused as I think it said he had NO broken vertabrae? I thought there were multiple breaks to go along with the concusion and broken jaw?
