Has anyone seen this video yet?
I know most of you here are racers but wow..let me just say
Talk about a Nazi Propaganda Film...the guy (Jay Schweitzer) put this film together and its like super top quality HD stuff..but its just a huge promotional/propaganda film.
It was just a huge commercial and for the lack of a better word, garbage.
I have lost respect for the Mulisha big time

The modern-day Mulisha is more than a bunch of guys riding in the hills. It's a "lifestyle brand." Their main goal these days is moving product.
Sadly, the Mulisha has become everything it was so diametrically opposed to in the early days.
Truth is, its impressive they have made a full length film at all seems bootlegging is the norm. Brand funded films are often the only way to get things made now everyone expects content for free. Filmmakers have to get creative to fund projects. Blame the internet and piracy.
Propaganda? I think you need to get a dictionary. It's not propaganda. Self-aggrandizement maybe. Marketing hype certainly. But I don't see what cause or political position they are trying to sway the viewer towards by trying to sell videos of them doing stunts.
If you didn't like the video, just say you didn't like it.
If you just now found out that Mulisha isn't a religion, that there's no such thing as "soul surfing", that FMX is about trying to make money doing stunts, well, I'm sorry you've been so naive as to believe that is was some "alternate lifestyle" or some such crap.
The hinting at Nazi imagery is a little unfortunate. I believe it is more ignorance than evil. I doubt Deegan has spend much time watching documentaries of the horrors of the Nazi regime. Send him up here to DC to the Holocaust Museum some day.
But it's not a huge deal. Controversy and antisocial attitudes will always sell to certain people. And there is some awesome riding in that vid.
Pit Row
I will say this though:
As far as business sense goes,...Brian Deegan (METAL MULISHA) is like the Gene Simmons (KIZZ) of our sport. He's smart. Talk all the smack you want...Deegan is talented, courageous, is making tons of dough, obviuoisly has a ton of fun in life, and has taken advantage of what American has to offer...mainly freedom. So my hats off to Deegan and the Mulisha crew and I want to see the film. They have serious balls, on I enjoy watching.
Best part was the whips and Machine Head....It would be hard to make a good FMX film these days because we've damn near seen it all. Those dudes really do have an insane amount of talent, OX and Lusk were a huge loss to the sport and now that twitch is gone it doesnt have the same ring to it anymore. I wonder sometimes if these guys that bash them so much have ever even hit a real jump. In my opinion if you havent gapped 100ft you have hit a real jump. Image or not the mulisha throw down first and laugh later
You hater bitches jus' got slapped by someone who(m) actually understood WTF he was watching.
Now, get this, if you don't like it/don't watch it.
You f'n little bitches.
Btw, be sure to spout some of this shit to the M/M guys the next-time your pussy-assed face is in theirs, OK?
Awesome post.
You get it.
I'll try Bro speak.
Hey Bro where you get the sweet Tats Bro
However Im sure hes looking forward to some good $$ one day when he sells the brand.
I respect his business acumen, I don't respect Mulisha Wearing trail riders who cant even ride, but think they are hard core.
