all due respect to the fact that you have been on these boards forever but I don't think you remeber what it was like when you were 16. You had a good post count on Freshdirt be for I got there.
When you where that age if you went on a trip you had shaperones.
JLaws Shaperones dropped the ball.(Like JS said) He is 16 (17?) he is out there looking for trouble just like I was at his age. I just didn't get caught (well accually I did but the media is buch harsher than a good ass beating). I rolled many a cars and I still became a good member of the public.
If yamaha knows he has trouble keeping out of trouble then hier a babysitter and keep your investment on the right track.
I think this is an issue everywhere we are giving all this power to under age kids. Give the money to the parents till there of age then when they are concidered adults give them the rains. But Yamaha still needs to watch over there own investment.

He's been banned from many a local track , he's been arrested several times, had DUI's been in fights on and off the track.
Sure he could use some guidance I agree but at some point he needs to accept responsibility and knock all the bullshit off.
If I had a team and this was an issue for this long I can think of the change I would be making and hiring a baby sitter wouldn't be it.
You can't keep a job at the local dealership or even as a parts driver with this behavior why is it ok because you can ride a scooter fast ?
Oh, getting a Lites SX championship isn't a sign of longevity in MX. Let's talk apples to apples.
Nope, JLaw is an idiot and I agree with everything RD said (and RD is an initial not a nickname as previously argued in this thread). And this bullshit that Ryan is only saying something now because Jlaw is on probation? Well, JLaw is the one dumb enough to get himself on probation. And if he didn't get himself in trouble with the RV stuff last year, it wouldn't be that big of a deal. But he has displayed a consistent pattern of getting into trouble.
Jlaw won't be around in 5 years when RD is winning 450 championships. And that is really fine with me.
J-Law's gonna get his azz handed to him to those that want it more. I'm glad our sport naturally filters out the undisciplined.
Last time he was not on probation, it was Hangtown last year and he was trying to slow down and cut Villopotto off during practice. Wake up women, the reason he kept low profile is because he was on probation.
As soon as the probation ended, he got drunk and caused even more trouble.
The punk is living off his talent alone and it won't cary him much farther if he doesn't wake up and behave like a 21 year old ADULT should. He's not a kid anymore, he's 21!!! On top of that he's a professional athlete!
Actors, rockstars, and athletes are not held to the same accountability as a parts driver.
Yes, the athletes, rockstars, and actors should be held to a higher standard, fact is, they are not. So until that changes, quit with the comparisons between them and you.
I can compare any fuckin thing I choose , to bad if you don't like it.
Pit Row
Mine was that JLaw won't be around in 5 years. Not with the way he is going right now. He will have his license revoked if he doesn't watch it. I really cheered for the kid until I saw his horrible showing at Vegas.
What 500 guy did was draw an analogy. I know it's a big word but look it up in dictionary.
That guy is acting like a dangerous jerk and nothing more. If you don't think endangering another's life is deserving of criticism and punishment, then maybe you need to do some introspection.
1. the team makes your decision where to race not you and what class
2. the team tells the rider do not get hurt in a race that has no bearing on a title. If you cannot be out front then dont worry, we NEED you for the MX outdoor season...
hows that?
JLaw is a fuck up and he has been for a long time.
And for Vegas, IT SHOWED A LACK OF HEART...
How's that?
You guys have "called" him on it a thousand times over. If he doesnt learn from it then its his problem. Josh Hill knew who he was hanging with...just like our kids do. He could have said no, i'll pass but he didnt.
Critisize away but over and over is just listening to yourself talk...
Again maybe since you know more than YAMAHA you should be running their team
Disagree that he is a kid, IMO 21 is not a kid.
Post a reply to: Damn, RD let JLAW have it in the PC
