My take on the Dungey comment.....thats what drove Jay out of the gate to a 3rd place start the second moto. I was doing timing in sections of the track to see the gap between him and first place. After he passed McFarland he was 5 secs behind RV. When he reached the next point of the timing section he was less than 4, he went out of my sight into the woods and his bike blew......im sure he was thinking of Dungey the whole time!!! lol

In regards to " thinking of Dungey the whole time", I'm not following you. Weren't those comments at the post race press conference? Or are you saying the JL has been after RD since whenever? If JL is coming after Dungey, then it kind of makes your take on the pass sound pretty bias (you said it was just racing, now you say JL had an issue with Dungey before the PC comments).

Help me out here Mom...clarify for me what you are saying.

Yeah, but sometimes it's good to show some aggression. It's what all the top guys do from time to time. It shows they are motivated especially when it comes from a more quiet guy like Dungey. I'll bet some of that's from him being pissed that he's not at RV's speed too. Look for RD to improve and get faster every week.

I should have said comments like that (cause he was saying that in the pits LONG before he said it in public everyone heard him) what im saying is with all the crap that Jay and Dungey went thru during supercross and then their get together the first moto.....I think Dungey is on his mind alot. Thats all. And as for do it on the the track.....that leads back to where this started, the whining crap!!! Jays not looking for trouble on the track he just wants to win (like the rest) but hes not gonna take anyones crap either. Lets just hope for at least a few races where RV, Jay, Dungey Stroupe, Canard, Izzi and a few others are in the then top 10 battling. It would be awesome.

Dungey is a sally. He got beat straight up by the person that he is claiming to be an "embarrassment to the sport". Says a lot about himself if he got beat for the sx championship by a drunk who isn't commited like himself. Don't cry about him in the press conference. Show it on the track. Lawrence mentally owns Dungey right now. Too bad he is on probation. After a crying like that, J-law would put him on the ground again.

it may have been cool to see some "emotion" in his interview but i have to agree with the guys that say he should NOT get caught up in someone elses problems...especially when dungey had nothing to do with lawrences incident...

that's what I'm interested in. Looking for good racing. I believe that JL can run with Poto if he gets his act together. It would be epic if they are both at 100% and that's what I want to see.

I see a lot of homers defending JL. His problems are his own making. Some folks want to be hypercritical and that's their right and their opinion. As for me, I've been around long enough to know (believe) that he's working on the wrong path. Most folks don't do much to turn it around until they've missed out. He can be a top guy in MX/SX or he can be a "could have been". Right now, he seems to be working on "could have been".

My two cents:

I think Dungey may have a great revenge strategy. Ryan starts messing with JLaw and JLaw will eventually do something stupid. If it's stupid enough then JLaw will lose his AMA license and Dungey will get the last laugh.

Heck, I won't be surprised if RV and RD are going to work together to make sure JLaw is never an issue again.
