You could talk people into giving you money under the guise of helping the privateers. Hey, it worked once.

no, just don't hire J-Law

In all seriousness, you need a very large amount of money. You will be paying for things you never knew existed. Everything adds up quickly.

Mutt I know you think it's funny but Scott has literally spent 400K or more of his own money He has never made a profit or taken anything from WWH for himself.

He really has helped a bunch of privateers and lost a bunch of money doing it.

It can probably be done for less that people think. You could probably get dudes to ride for damn near free if you had great equipment and paid their way to the races, expecially guys in Europe that want to come to America. Give me Cody Cooper and Ham-bone and I'll crush most of the factory teams with WAY less than 3 million dollars.

I'd love to see where the $3,000,000 figure comes from.

The bikes, the suspesion mods the motor mods all the extra parts to maintain those bikes the mechanics salary who works on those bikes the testing to get those bikes ready.

Your rig your graphics for your rig setting up a shop in the trailer of your rig. Tires, gas, oil and maintence on your rig. The drivers salary to drive your rig.

uniforms for your riders and crew.

The air fare to get your riders and mechanics to and from the races 28 times.

The entry fees for your riders the pit passes for your crew the race gas for your bikes the hotels for your team the food for your team 28 times.

And that is if your riders are riding for free, which by the way, Cody Cooper doesnt.

A West Coast, or East Coast, Lites Team, is where most start. You need to find a rider to make the top 20.

I am part of a West Coast team. We look to spend between, $250,000.00 - $500,000.00 for the West Coast Supercross series only.

It's not cheap, and don't plan to make that money back real soon.
