Villopoto seems to always come out on top when it counts.

RV Show was able to win some races near the end of both SX and MX in 2011 when it counted , extending his points lead

Chad Reed could have easily been both the SX and MX Champ this year, if not for Stewart running into him in Dallas, and the Millville crash. Then again there all 'What If's'. When your looking at most consistent riders, you've alway got to consider Reed.

Exactly! Not bad for 29 year old!

If Dungeys bike wouldn't have broke down all the time, he would be the champion and the most consistent.

Edit: Champion in Outdoors

Isn't this question a LOT like asking "who had the most points in supercross and motocross this year?"

What else can we change the wording of to make up "new" questions?

"Which rider at the X-games gets, on average, the most points per show?"

Dean Wilson in the outdoors was always up there

Most consistent at winning? Basically you're asking who won the most eh?

- RV at supercross with 6 wins

- Not sure about outdoors - Reed? Can't remember for sure. Motos vs. overalls might bring a different winner.

Most consistent at podium finishes?

- In and outdoors it's Dungey

World MX? I have no idea. Cairoli?

There were 4 red plates earned by -1- rider in 2011.

This question has been answered.

It used to be Chad but now Id say its a toss up between the two Ryans.
