Are both the Oakley "O" on the forehead and the 259 painted on or decals?
Does it have anything (Bubba, Stewart, etc) painted on the back?

nope, i had 2 of those. i actually have one in my closet that i cased a triple and cracked it down the center in the front. i remember begging my dad for those lids, best thing my 16 year old head ever felt

I remember that too. They had an RC signature version that came with RC and 4 stickers too. If you bought one that didnt have those sticker someone got ahold of them before you did...

As mentioned, it's a replica model with the decals applied. With a bit of digging online, you can usually find a couple listed in various classifieds.
