Swanepoel on a 125

Went out to Perris today to spin a few laps on my YZ125 hoping the track wouldn't be too bad after the rain (it was a little sloppy in spots but pretty good overall, by the way). After a few motos, Gareth Swanepoel showed up to ride his 450, and we eventually got to talking about my bike. One thing led to another and soon enough he was ripping around on the two smoker. I like to think that I'm a competent 125 rider, but there is nothing like hearing or watching a pro tear around on a tiddler.

Gareth's reaction when he came off the track? "I'm definitely getting one!"

Looks like the two-stroke revival is picking up some momentum.

Sweet man, pretty cool story to tell your buds for sure! Swanny seems like a cool guy hopefully I'll get to run into him at some point this upcoming season
