Aranda is not a pimple on Barcia's ass.

Barcia realized it was not intentional. He basically saw a guy squid out in front of him and take him out. Happens all the time in racing. Barcia is thinking 'if this guy could hold his bike in a straight line, I wouldnt be on the ground.'

I hope Barcia was removed from the night (if not he whole race) by the officals, that is the worse case of bad sportsmanship in moto i have seen since the Alessi kill switch incident,

you do that in any other from of motorsport and you would have been baned for a while,

yeah I was holding my tongue until i saw a video of it... that was pretty pathetic.. made it worse when he rode off scared when Aranda was all 'you, me, carpark, now' if you can't finish the fight don't start it or if you want to instigate a fight don't run away if the other dude squares up
besides how could you think that was on purpose? yeah the dude got squirrely and could've backed off and they had a bit of history and was frustrated but that's racing.. you know what's not racing waiting for a lap and taking someone high then pulling off

and then he twittered that he went 'bambam' nah dude that's not goin bambam

A bunch of douches on this thread. Kawi rider was out of control. Nobody hit his bike and this was the second time he rammed Barcia. No excuses for Barcia's actions.... a fist fight afterwards would have done him no good. That Euro rider is going to hurt someone.

The funny thing is that Aranda has/will get more publicity/notice here in the States from this incident then from any of the races he has ever done here.He got a podium last night also....
All in all,I think he made out ok.

Aranda is in front, he has no idea who is behind him, aranda got it a little wrong and unfortunatly barcia was the one who was in the wrong place at the wrong time, Barcia's actions are childish and he deserve's to be removed from the event, if I had been aranda I would have ghosted my bike into barcia when they were parked on the turn little twat would of had a kick in for sure.

This is an arenacross and this is what happens. Aranda is no squid and btw he won the superpole about 20 min earlier. I feel bad for Barcia though. He came out to shake the guy's hand but the crowd was not having it. in the broadcast some of them french guys in the crowd looked pretty well oiled and pissed haha. Barcia is a good kid he'll be fine.

Personally I think the incident on lap one was more of a racing incident created by the arenacross style track they have in Bercy than a deliberate takeout but Aranda did come across Barcia's line and knock him down. I give Barcia credit for going back after him and handling it like they did when racing took balls instead of daddy's money. Too many riders and individuals in this world have gone pussy and just complain and whine on twitter and facebook rather than actually doing something about it. This is exactly how racing used to be. Riders handled their differences on the track. I'd say Aranda won't make that same mistake again when dealing with Barcia. I am all for riders and racers in general standing up for themselves. He didn't do anything to hurt Aranda and did just enough to ruin his race without going dirty on him. Wrong would have been driving into the side of him and sending him over the bails with the intent to injure him. Barcia is the modern day Hannah and I like the kid more and more for reasons such as this.

I would have liked to have seen Aranda steam roll Barcia when he parked in front of him. Then Barcia would have never done that again.
