It was dismissed from Orange County....the another County (Osceola County) took it over and was recharging him on June 3rd.
Not sure what happened after that,never heard another word.

He would be a fool to own a jet. He must be flying private on a charter. Windham did it for a few years and later said it was a huge waste of money looking back on it.

Just found some info....on his pending case.
Looks like it is set for trial on January 3rd 2012, and a plea date set for November 9th.
The case could be over on the 9th of next month if they reach a Plea....if not trial Jan 3rd.

looks like it could be over, but James (or his lawyer) keeps extending it. Already 2 continuances, it states that no more will be granted, but they filed for a 3rd one last week, reason: the defense isn't ready.

crazy, why would they want to drag this out so long? I know why the lawyer would.

The longer they drag something out....the better chance they have of winning or getting a better deal.
Witnesses forget things,they become unavailable etc...
At least that is what a lawyer told me once.

I have a picture of James trying to avoid Joe Gibbs' calls at all hours of the night and Joe tricking him by calling from a different number every time.
