X4, a good friend of mine saw her interview from Loretta's last year and wanted to meet her. She was her hero. She got sideways over a metal bridge here in Green Bay on her streetbike soon after and died. It would mean a lot to be able to get that as a poster for her boyfriend.

e-mail me if you can. thnx.

I heard it went Fiolek, Patterson, then Whitmore.

Good job, Ashley!
Ashley ran a 2:18 on a lap I timed in the second moto. Look at this list from the Lites consi and you'll see that she was only 1.5 seconds off the pace, 2:16.4, for qualifiying for the main event.

Ummm... my brother was a 2.09.151 in the lites class and was the first one to miss the main?

So i dont think a 2:18 would get her in.

Your brother raced Freestone yesterday?
Damn you should have told us...

Ten seconds is a heap of time to take off of your lap times. If Honda gave her a factory bike that might be good for 4 seconds. In a year or two once she develops some strength she could do it. I think she should go to Canada and race the nats there.

Everyone's fast lap in qualifying practice came really early and on a smooth track. By the end of practice that 2:09 of your brother's was probably more like a 2:18. How'd your brother do in the consi?

Don't know what he is talking about...
John Dehn got 6th in the lites consi. So he missed it by 1 spot and these were his lap times in the consi.

Lap # Lap time
2 2:16.840
3 2:18.288
4 2:16.801
5 2:17.575

ashley running the 250f class is what the plan is, from what i remember. seems like she is getting there? hopefully so. that would be awesome for her to achieve on so many levels.

i hope she does more then qualify!
