I just thought it was an interesting coincidence that there is a lawyer just 20 miles from you trying to drum up cases against Leatt.

also, how can you draw the conclusion on my injury when you havent seen my medical records, or tested the brace to even see if it could create that kind of injury. dude, this is the wrong thread to get into this. all i know is you are wrong.
LMAO
So what else did he say Mr Fly?
I know 5 local guys in chairs from crashes without the Leatt. All that proves is MX is dangerous.
As far as your injury goes, you had a compression fracture of T4/5. You blamed the rear spar of your Leatt. Compression fractures of T4/5 almost always occur due to hyperflexion so, more than likely, the spar did not contribute to your injury.

Sometimes I think about the reasons I like a certain rider to do well. In RD's case I backed him initially because he grew up on the same tracks as me here in Minnesota. I occasionally wonder who would be my favorite rider if Dungey was from someplace else. I think the answer is they would probably be pretty equally liked. Really, I'm happy for anyone who does well as a pro, but happiest if it's Dungey.
Good luck figuring out what to think about the RD to KTM deal. I know you shall do what is right
I don't know, he looks pensive, but deliberate in a kind of angry melancholy way. I don't think his boots fit him, and obviously he's struggling with concerns over the excessive amounts of anal in today's porn industry.
Other than that, he looks solid
I have an 2009 250sx, bought it new in 2010 as a left over which is rare. I love it. I'm not sure how much better they are now, but my bike is the closest thing you can get to 4-stroke type power in a 2-stroke. They give you 3 tuning springs for the power valve and I keep the most mellow one in it, cause i'm more of a low to mid range kinda guy. Then I put a PC pipe on it and it really increased the low to mid range even more without losing much on top.
I'm not sure how the new suspension is on the 2012's, but I did need to get mine done. My suspension guy told me that they used the same valving specs on the 250SX as the 450SXF that year, so it was harsh as hell and a hand full in braking bumps. It's smooth as butter now, just as good as my YZ250F with KYB SSS stuff, if not better.
It also feels like riding a 125 because it's so light. It's my first KTM and i've owed all 4 jap brands. This bike without a doubt is the most quality built bike i've ever owned hands down.
