Can someone running the show at the FIM please get rid of the stupid ass age limit rule for MXDN? I mean I want to see the best each country has to offer going head to head. It hurts the smaller countries even more and keeps us from seeing the true dream team of Bubba, Dungey, and RV in the sands of Lommel with Bubba or RV on the 250 one last time.

That is of course if Bubba really is riding the outdoors next year. lol But really the rule is stupid this is a professional sport not youth soccer.

Yeah lets handicap it and put Bubba on a 125 2smoker, watch him destroy the other 250F and half the 450s on the little machine.

I like the rules the way they are now. It gives the young riders exposure to the pressures of the MXON. Blake is better for his experience in France.

Should the USA pick new members each year? RV has been there 4x -won / Dungy 3x - Won/ Blake1x - Won
Blakes the captain next year and we select 2 new rookies? Give more people a chance at the experience. Otherwise we might be sending the Ryan's every year for a while.

Sorry, I always assumed the MXDN was meant to be the best each country has to offer going head to head racing for national glory. Didn't realize its purpose was to give everyone a chance and act as a stepping stone to something bigger. Thought that was what lites supercross and the Junior world championships were for. My bad.

Thats the dumbest thing I've read all day, and I've read some impressively ignorant posts.

Yea, lets send a bunch of guys just cause they haven't had the chance to go. Then we can say all the teams tie for first and everyone gets a big trophy.

Send the best of the best or dont send a team at all

thats pretty funny- the des nations is at lommel next year, jeffrey herlings will destroy everyone there (on any bike)

I was riding with him at lommel last thursday- he is on another planet in the sand

i will definitely be going to the des nations next year! although i expect usa to not turn up (like lierop 2004) as they will know they cant win at lommel

I think it's pretty good the way it is,when you see young kids like Roczen and Herlings go out and beat Dungey and Villopoto it really does bring some exitement,

That would have been the dream team this year. Wouldn't Canard still have passed under the age limit for MX2 this year?
