Poto was good even way before Baker came into the scene. I think he could have done it without him.

Wasn't he a little on the chubby side before Aldon? I just think when you work with Aldon you get the confidence that you can finish every moto giving it 110% if needed.

He may have improved his fitness, but, he was pretty much there before. I'd say Baker made his comeback possible more than anything. jmo

He was chubby because he gained weight while he wasn't riding due to injury. I think he would have gotten fit, maybe not as fit, with any trainer. The kid's an animal, and can RIDE, fat or skinny!

Agreed. Same with RC and JS. They were killing it before he came onboard.
He just rehabilitated them all VERY quickly after a big injury.

Your right he can ride, but dungey is just as fast, and in shape.

Rv needed to be equal to dungey in physical fitness and I think aldon helped him tremendously with that.
