Anyone tried them yet? I'm looking to replace my old Tech 8's and was thinking about going Gaerne SG12s or the new SG10s, but the only complaints I have about my Alpinestars seem to be addressed with this new version. And I can get them much cheaper than the SG12s. One of the major problems I have is with the bootie. I wear a size 14 and I had to go up to a 15 with the Tech 8's because of the bootie. As you can imagine they are extremely clumsy at best for shifting and riding my little turd peashooter I don't have the luxury of not shifting like you lazy fucks on your 450s. And that's with an extended shifter tip. I'd cut my toenails and cram into a 13 if I physically could but I tried and it ain't happening.

Yeah I've got a pair... I'm a size 12 or 13 depending on the shoe but 13 in my boots...

Were you told to play basketball too?! haha...

They're good boots mate, still like the old style, they're taller than some which is good for protection for long legs... Soles seem to grip well and wear well... No complaints except of course I got white and fuck white boots are hard to keep clean!

i would go with the SG12's, i know they are more expensive but you wont regret it. they are way way wayyyy more comfortable and seem to better protect ankles. just do yourself a favor and get the 12's

Don't get them, I have them and a buddy does as well and neither of us are happy with them... I'm actually pissed because you can't get the boots buckled up, I can add a picture later so you can see what I'm talking about. Really thinking about contacting Alpinestars because I am that disappointed!
