They should bring Anstie in. I'm worried about it seizing on one of those massive jumps.

Just want to say I hope Michael lands a solid ride on a reliable bike next year, preferably still in Europe. Would love to see him shine and indicate hiis true potential on the world stage.

Poor show that husky have pulled out, doesn't show a lot of faith in their product. Surely with BMW backing, funding isn't the problem.

I really wanted Husky to come back as a big player. Bloody Italians, why does everything they make have to temptemental albeit beautiful?

* barring TM of course, seem to be the only Italian firm that dial in reliability!

Doubtful he'll be back in Europe next year. He is looking forward to racing here on a team that we are putting together. As for your assumption above about BMW and funding, well.......................
There are some Belgian guys working on a Honda team for the World Championship... Maybe something for your son??!!

If Pourcel stays where he is, he will be forced to say something in camera.

Did you see how smooth he was riding? In total control, no unnecessary moves, great line choice. Kind of like when he was battling Dungey in 2009.

Thanks, I wasn't seeing that.

Another Q: Can you race a 2 stroke in the GP's?

If so is it 125-2T/250-4T, 250-2T/450-4T and "Open" for MX-3?

motorcycles as defined in the FIM Regulations, Appendix 01, FIM Motocross
Technical Regulations:
a) MX1: motorcycles of Cat. I, Group A1, over 175cc up to 250cc for 2-stroke
engines and over 290cc up to 450cc for 4-stroke engines;
b) MX2: motorcycles of Cat. I, Group A1, over 100cc up to 125cc for 2-stroke
engines and over 175cc up to 250cc for 4-stroke engines;
c) MX3: motorcycles of Cat. I, Group A1, over 290cc up to 500cc for 2-stroke
engines and over 475cc up to 650cc for 4-stroke engines. MX1 and MX2
motorcycles may also participate in the MX3 class.

Thank you.

I appreciate your tolerance of my lack of GP knowledge...I am an ol'school GP fan, tho.

I wonder: Would it be more productive for someone that, theoretically, won a 2012 Amateur National Title to go to the GP's fpr their 1st "pro" race...especially if they were on a 2T?

Or...they could do Unadilla & then "jump the pond" for a GP...

I'm jus' sayin'...

I`m not a fan of GP`s because of Youthstream bullshit. Riders and racing have nothing to do with my dislike for GP`s and YS.
