I bought the 2006 MXdN from MediaZone and downloaded it to my computer. Two years ago it stopped playing because it say's I don't have a license. That stinks. I have tried to find a workaround and apparently there is no fix for it.

So, I am stuck with no way to rewatch the 2006 MXdN.

Free...doubt it. It will be streamed on MX-LIFE.TV for a price, and you get a free T-shirt. Its worth paying for.

If you go to the website (MX-LIFE.TV), the deal for MXdN is in the upper right corner of the home page.

$25 euros (about $36)
Includes: Coverage all day Saturday, Coverage Sunday, free T-shirt

if the coverage is anywhere near as good as the gp coverage has been this year (which i would assume it will be) then it will be well worth it- the coverage on mxlifetv this year has been fantastic! Smile

I agree. I spent like $60 bucks for the year, and the coverage has been state of the art. The interviews are great, starting line interviews, pit coverage during the race, special interviews like with Pertov after Roczen slugged him. The coverage is very complete.

Plus, with the 2011 package came with all of the 2009, and 2010 GPs, plus the MXdN for those years.

The coverage on MXLife.tv has been good. But it really sucks that it doesn't include MXDN. Naturally you will have to pay extra. Eff you Luongo!

I new there had to be some better coverage because the broadcast they show here in the states is just about unwatchable. And thats to some of the most hard core mx fans I know including myself. First its not in HD. You cant even see the numbers on the bikes, or the names across the board. I still try to watch but cant bare to waste my time. I think thats why not as many americans follow the GP scene. its just so painful to watch. $36 sounds like a great deal for the MXDN. Im looking forward to it!

So the $60 full season package does not include the mxon? I thought it did when I signed up before the season started. Of course every week they offer a new discounted package and there is zero information regarding the original subscriptions.

I had ATT "high speed" dsl internet and the quality was pathetic. The viewer self adjusts to your internet speed. I upgraded from ATT basic 7kps to ATT pro 3mps and now can watch in max resolution which is 480p. This is mainly a US problem since most other countries are 6-10mps minimum. There is no regulations on what you can market as "high speed" in the US. Do a speed test and if you are under 3mbs don't waste your money. It will play but you will be dissipointed with the resolution.

On Aug 19th at 10PM ch 681 shows the GP of Limburg which was run on July 30th. This weekend is the GP of England. So maybe they will show the MXdN as a tape delay vs live.

Altitude TV has shown the MXON in the past, it is not usually live but shortly there after. It shows MX1 and MX2 every weekend so I would hope they have the MXON as they have in the past.

yeh i've really enjoyed some of the rider interviews- the coverage is very extensive. I think paul malin and georgia lindsay do a fantastic job. It's good to get the saturday races aswell (its basically a whole weekends worth of coverage!!!)
I will have no qualms at all about buying the mxdn (i didnt buy the full season package, i paid for a couple lf single gps then got one of the mid season deals they had on)- that's assuming that i don't change my mind and go to france to watch it live!!!!! I'm still undecided what to do- theres a 2 stroke championship race on that weekend, which i would like to do- or i could stay at home and watch the mxdn all weekend with a few beers, or i could go to france to watch it live!!!

I wish the ama would have a similar package to mx-lifetv available on the internet for the nationals- i normally watch the races on youtube a few days after.

I dont think this MxdN is one to miss - I'll cross mountains, streams, through burning buildings, across snow drifts just to get there if I have to...

...or maybe just fly down, spend a week camping by the coast drinking wine and Kronenbourg and then drive up to St Jean d'Angely for the friday night! Woohoo
8/17/2011 2:18am
sounds like a plan!!!! one of my friends has a villa about ten minutes from st jean d'angely. If i wasnt going to holland the week before (and getting back the thursday before the nations) then i would definitely be going! but funds may not allow both!!!! maybe watching it on tinternet will be a more realistic option for me this year Smile

next year at lommel, i will DEFINITELY be there!!!! wouldnt miss that one for the world!!! (may have to tie it in with a riding trip like we did for the valkenswaard gp this year Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile
