I know that taking banners is against the rules, but I also don't think those security guards have any right to put thier hands anyone else. In other words, take the banner and let the kid run away! Someone needs to smack one of these a$$holes in the face before they end up hurting some little kid and making the Unadilla national move to another track.
In your first sentence you admit they were not supposed to take the banners…end of fucking story, right there! Security is there as a presence, to guard shit and prevent people from stealing and being where they are not supposed to be. Let’s say your standing next to the Two Two Motorsports semi when everyone is gone and the only person there is a security guard. Since the security guard is not supposed to touch you or your kids with their hands you decide to walk in and pilfer shit and steal as much as you can....is that what I'm understanding from your rational? They should just try to catch up with you and whoever else later…down the road? They're not supposed to touch you or throw you to the ground when you are taking shit that is not yours to begin with? It's ass holes like you and your thinking that fuck it up for everyone else. Next, I'll bet you want someone to sue the security guards and Unadilla!
Those kids I saw were big enough and old enough to understand what they were doing was wrong….the kids need a good ass paddling!

i'm not saying it's cool to hit a kid, but that video shows no "10 year old kids" getting the shit beat out of them.
But the story of that little kid actually did happen, I shit you not.. to me taking a couple small banners off the track after the race is over doesn't even come close to what use to go on at dilla. I guess no one remembers people flipping cars over and lighting them on fire or any other crazy shit that use to happen...
ask your dad what unadilla was like back in the day and all this will seem like nothing
screw them, you steal, you show go to jail, bunch a losers!
peeps like these kids are the norm these days, so sad, this is why the us is in such bad shape.
no more give, just take
Madmax was right to some extent.. I see someone resisting arrest, now whether they are allowed to arrest someone, I dont know. For all you know, it was an off duty Sheriff making some extra money on the weekends, that type of thing happens all the time around here. By law, excessive force is permitted for detaining a suspect thats resisting arrest. But then again, I'm from Ohio, so what the fuck do I know.
i'm not saying the 10 year old deal didn't happen, if so that is a shitty deal. but fact of the matter, is the kid knew he was doing something wrong but did it anyway. same as all those guys on the video acting like their cool for breaking the track rules. hell, the 10 year old was probably doing it because he saw some guy do it the year before and get away with it.
the problem with the security guards is "Damned if they do and damned if they don't". it was mentioned that nobody was allowed to take the banners, if they let everyone get away with it, it becomes a bigger issue. if they enforce the rules and tackle some knuckleheads, then they are doing their jobs.
