...just glad to see reed walking after that let alone getting 14th!

Heres the points now, Reed is still in the lead. WAY TO GO CHAD, how can you not have respect for the man after that??
...of course if you dont respect the man by now you probably never will.

unbelievable by reed. that looked horrible. Dungey showed something today running RV down from seven seconds back.

If RD had passed Reed in the 1st, it would be:

Reed 297
RD 296
RV 294

So if RD had been able to get around Reed in the 1st we would have 3 points separating the top 3! Think about that and it puts into perspective how important each pass is going to be from now on, AND how big that pass was on Villo in the 2nd moto

I'm just glad they didn't have those f'n repeating banners right there. Had he landed on one of those wooden stakes that they saw the top off of, he wouldn't have walked away (to say the least). They need a better design for those..

In more hypothetical scenarios if Dungey would not have run out of fuel at TX it would be.

Dungey 318 (+25 for DNF while leading)
Reed 297 (-3 for 2nd instead of first)
Villopoto 293 (-1 for 6th instead of 5th)

But Dungey did run out of gas, and Reed and RV have crashed away points and the championship hunt got tightened up a bunch today.

Reed would actually be 294 (2nd place instead of first) and I dont remember what RV finished, but his point tally would change as well.
