oh btw: look back on page 1 of this thread, i have a vid of the '85 USGP at Carlsbad posted.
The gap he pulled in the first fifteen min's of that moto blew my mind.And that bike was just insanely fast.Cool!

Earlier in the year I started a thread in which I asked if anyone had photos and/or video of the Mickey Thompson's Off Road Championship Grand Prix at the L.A. Coliseum in 1981. My question stands.

Hey Sondy tell Flyin Brian the east coast cats remember and wish him the best. It sucks when you see the old guard
of MX hurting from battle wounds. Its funny I still see them as ageless faces of my past.
