What are you trying to achieve? Too soft, too stiff?
If its too stiff go to the midvalve and do some work there. You call it the bypass.
pull a 1 20 x .11 and test.
there are several different ways to accomplish things.
Mid valve is where its at IMO.
If you need to stay up in stroke more you can add a 20. to the mid.
Like lumpy mentioned post in the other forum you'll get many recommendations.
So you've just added a 20 mm on the compression side of the mid? And now its too stiff.
So taking away a 20 would put back to square one. lol!
You could go into the basevalve and take out an LS shim or 2 and that will make it a bit softer.
Basevalve is what you are calling high compression. 17 32 shims are the Low speed not high compression.
Shims after the 32 mm are the high speed comp. Take out 1 0r 2 of those in each fork. It will make it softer.
But with side effects. You may blow through the stroke more though. But if you do bottom harshly add about 10cc in outer
chamber, take note of max oil level height. If you add too much you can create harshness too.
