definitely one to go to, fourth of july spectacle alone is worth the admission. had hay fever one year and was taking benadryl which completely dries out your system. chuck sun and I were running all week in the humidity and I thought I had it all in the bag as I wasn't even hardly sweating....passed out while running 6th in the 1st moto and woke up in the hospital...thought i was going to die with heat prostation. good times???

had plans to go wednesday thru sunday. think i have a root canal getting done later in the week now and pretty much killed my red bud. have fun guys.....good to see Dowd heading there. hope he gets his points.

There's a 95% chance that we wouldn't make it to Red Bud. I can almost guarantee that we would end up on some crazy road trip that would end up with us not making it to Red Bud, yet having the greatest time ever. I'm in.

It would be about $100 a person for gas, food & drinks (whatever you do for that) and Rooms would be Saturday night, let's say 2 rooms for one night $200.00 it would be under $200 per person, which is not bad...

In all reality with 5 drivers, we could take shifts, drive and sleep, leave Thursday night get there Saturday morning watch the race and head home and be home by Sunday night, we'd be a little ripe in the smelling dept. but it would be even cheaper hahahahahah ...Come on GuyB let us shack up with you =)

Who says ??? I got a trailer, sleeps 5 comfy, it's 17 feet long and I did about 85 driving through Mammoth from Reno to So Cal in my brothers Ford F350 lol

The Saturday night festivities were just as fun back in the day when Richie used to let you camp on the hill. Some crazy ass fire-work wars broke out as I vaguely remember plus the Amateur races were nice to attend. Do they still have the Amateurs run the night before?
