Works swimmingly at a very low cost, and saves your suspension seals.
Snugging your bike down has no effect on your fork seals. Once the oil is transfered through the valve its done moving.Dirt or knick on the tube is what takes out seals.

Where's Yamaboy when you need him? So much potential here.

Yeah, it makes a much better ad than "Ruins fork seals"

I like the concept...I've also done the turn-buckle on a stand, but puttin more than two bikes with turn-buckles, doesn't cut it. I think with my next RV purchase, I'll want the P-Lok.

It might be a more secure way to haul your bike which is good but to claim it makes your seals last longer is nonsense.

I helped WWR at a couple of sx's and the only issue I noticed was that it was hard to get the locking pin through some footpegs, some were easy and some were very tight. On one kx450 we had to hammer the pin through one peg, the other side was no problem. That peg was probably bent. there is also another similar system called lock and load that clamps over the pegs instead of going through the peg.

I can't believe this thread is still going. I thought everyone had marked their territory. I have to agree with the pic above, she looks friendly.

Todder has it correct. Tie downs have absolutely no impact on seal life. Just a very, very, very old wives tale.

But....here's the best, cheapest way to get what you guys are trying to accomplish. The track and hooks are sold by Ancra (WAY cheaper than the PLoc dealio) and the turnbuckles are from Ace Hardware. Bike is absolutely solid as a rock. Won't go anywhere.
