Hey all,
Just picked up a 2021 YZ-250X. Took it on short warm up ride before an oil change. When I removed the skid plate, I noticed a bit of milky liquid seeping from the PV drain hose. I'm assuming this isn't normal? This is my second YZ-250X and never noticed it on the first one.
The bike has 10-15 hours of total run time and sat for the last year without being ridden. Could this long period of not being run possibly cause the milky liquid seepage? If this isn't normal, should I start with replacing the cylinder head O-rings? Also, not 100% sure it's coolant since the seepage is mixed with oil from the PV making it difficult to tell(by smell) if it's radiator fluid or not. Could it possibly be condensation? We haven't had any large temp changes over the last week or so thinking this probably isn't the culprit.
Any thoughts from you YZ-250 experts?

Possibly condensation. Take the rad cap off and run the bike and see if compression bubbles are coming up into the radiator, but my bet is on condensation that will clear up after a bit.
Thanks FGR. Will give that a shot.
The inside looks dry, If so It would have to B from the outside?
Check to see if that sludge is inside the PV chamber. Unplug the hose from the spout on the PV cover and see if it's inside there. If so, the small red o-ring on your cylinder is the prime suspect.
