I raced a 2003 CR250 for quite a few years until I stupidly sold it during covid - a few years later and plenty of haggling I have it back in the shed and getting a full refresh - loved riding the bike, but it always had a harsh stiff feel even after a revalve etc. After a few years now with a husky 350 and 125 both running the WP 6500 spring kits I’m now trying to find similar setup with the Showa forks that gives the same comfort as the huskys - before sending the suspension off for another revalve and hoping for the best, is there any advice on mods or setup that has completely transformed the way these forks work?
